The following applies to credit returns:
If any product containing Sensorsoft software was installed on your computer follow the removal procedure in the User Manual to completely remove this software from your system.
The product must be returned PREPAID (you pay shipping and brokerage) to our address below with the assigned RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Do not ship GROUND, since it does not include the brokerage service. Please note - we do not accept shipments without an RMA# (on the outside of the shipping box) or where shipping and brokerage is not prepaid by you. If you are returning the goods by courier we recommend FEDEX Economy or UPS Expedited, which includes the brokerage service. If you are returning the goods by Postal AirMail we recommend that you insure the goods. IMPORTANT - In the customs/shipping declaration, please state the reason the goods are being returned and their original value. Here is an example:

Value: See Commercial Invoice that accompanied shipment
A credit is issued after the product is received in good condition and including diskettes, CD-ROM’s, accessories, manuals, manual sheets, license keys etc.. You have ten days from the date of the RMA to return the product, after that the return guarantee expires. If the product shows signs of damage by the customer and or reverse engineering the return guarantee will be void and a restocking and or repair charge will apply.
