Sensorsoft Corporation offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible Sensorsoft products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Sensorsoft product and want to return it for a refund or credit, you can do so within 30 days (calendar days) of your purchase.

The refund or credit does not include shipping or brokerage fees paid. If you choose to reselect another Sensorsoft product, we can provide a credit for the value of your original purchase towards the new purchase. Upon reselection, this guarantee becomes null and void. If you request a refund and the returned product is found to be damaged an amount will be deducted from the refund to correct the damage.

This guarantee does not apply to repeat purchases, or purchases over $600.00 US in value or those that have been designated as non-returnable or non-cancelable (NCNR). On credit card purchases that are above $600 US we do deduct the merchant fees we paid the card processor from the refund amount.
